You will need to contact us with the make and model of your laptop if you are unsure of what RAM is compatible and whether it is able to house an SSD. We will get the desired upgrades in and your laptop can then be dropped off for the upgrade to be performed along with a professionally done OS migration so that all your programs and files are where you left them.

We recommend making a backup of all important documents before sending your laptop in for the upgrade.
